| time off should be the same as time on really. But there are plenty who just do pct have a couple of weeks off and jump straight back on. Up to you  | |

| General rule of thumb is: time on+pct = time off, to allow decent HPTA recovery.
As said tho, your choice: some do, some don't. | |

| I agree, generally time including pct = time off, see my thread about short cycle protocols, might be usefull mate.

Am i right in saying that you can take Clenbuterol between cycles to keep your gains ? ( just finishing my first cycle) | |
